Thank you for taking a look at this beautiful & updated condo. We are so excited!! It turned out so pretty but after a lot of hard, hard work but we know you will enjoy staying here for your vacation.
Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot of the old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants within a tenth or two tenths of a mile from the complex.
Regatta is located on the beach side. We have a nice balcony with view of the gulf. We face the west side so the mornings and good part of the day will have shade on the balcony for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee and staring.
Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores? Still has the small town beach feel. Still a family oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Night time fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.

Our rates run from a low of $95/night in slow seasons to $379/night in peak seasons. The main exception to this is Hangout Festival is $600/night with 4 night minimum.

From the organized booking process to the communication and cleanliness, our stay was better than I could have imagined! The whole condo was beautifully decorated and updated. Access to the ocean was quick and clean. The pool was a perfect oasis from the heat. Everyone was friendly and the location was within walking distance to The Hangout as well as many shops and other restaurants. Parking was easily accessible. We felt safe and valued. We made many memories as a family and hope to stay again soon!

The location great. Access to beach is easy and short. The balcony was nice especially on the warmer days. It does not face the beach directly but you can see the beach and listen to the ocean. Pretty decent condo. Very grateful for the Keurig and the blender. They really provide quite a few things to make your stay easy.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was clean and as pictured online. The pool was a very close view from the door of the room. The walk down to the beach was easy and great for families with lots of stuff to carry! VERY close to all the restaurants of gulf shores and could walk to souvenir shops. Will definitely consider staying again in the future!

You have found the perfect condo. Everything was in great condition and it was super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with w large walk in shower. Everything has been updated. The condo is decorated so nicely with great artwork on the walls. The view alone would be worth the price. There is a large deck with a gorgeous Gulf view. We saw dolphins swimming and enjoyed people watching. The Hangout is near so you can hear their music but only when outside. Nice and quiet inside. The location is right in the action. Pool was sparkling clean. I could go on and on. We were very impressed and had an awesome week at the beach. Randy is a super nice and responsive owner.
