Cancellation Policy

One hundred percent (100%) of the down payment (less $100 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 

Fifty percent (50%) of the down payment will be refunded if cancellation is made 30-59 days before arrival. 

Fifty percent (50%) refund of the full rental paid or $300 whichever is higher if cancellation is made 7-30 days before arrival

Twenty Five Percent (25%) refund of the FULL rental paid if cancellation is 2-7 days before arrival

No Refund of rental if cancellation is in last 48 hours before arrival
